6 Tips to Wrinkles-Free Skin

The first wrinkles start innocently – you smile and they appear around your eyes. 1. Protect your skin

If you imagined a fountain of youth, the sun would be a complete opposite of it. It is the biggest reason why your skin is not looking young, and just by wearing sunscreen with an SPF of 30+, you’ll be protected. Apart from aging your skin, it is also life-threatening as it can potentially cause skin cancer.            

So make sure to wear pants, long-sleeved shirts, hat and sunglasses with UV coating during the brightest sunlight.

2. Eat Healthy
